I saw the original plans a few years ago and it was very similar to what you see in that link alright. It'll be the best stand in the league by miles when it's done.

It might not be bigger but I do think it will be better i.e. the corporate boxes and so on at the back will make it really modern.

That would be a very nice stand. If corporate boxes are going into it, thats going to give City's finance's a big boast in year's to come. :) When is the work starting anyway? :confused:

i like the way the corporate boxes are high up over the seating area.

question. if youre in a corporate box, can you hear the atmosphere outside?

If there is a planning application already made, anybody can walk into the City Council planning office and have a look at the diagram of the new stand. It is a few hundred yards downstream from City Hall, same side of the river.

this was done at the time of the announcement and the plans were put on display in Turners Cross for a couple of home games. Not sure if they're still around or a where they ended up though.

From what i understood (again, not certain) it was going ot be over as far as the toilets or the corridor in the MFA building, so bascally on the other side of the wall fo the club shop. Would be good to find out though.

Just seen the piccy from that link and I have to say it looks pretty impressive.

The suits in the boxes will be able to bang on the windows in time with the drums! :D That's sure to add to the atmosphere.
