Nice top, but much prefer black socks.
Also how small does O'Donnell look in the middle of the second photo!
Why are those men dressed as 19th century scullery maids? Is it a Halloween thing?
Nice top, collar looks smart, improvement on the current shirt anyway.
Dundalks new jersey is the same style as our current jersey (it looks better in black and white). I would love if we ended up with Dundalks current umbro jersey style - red with white pin stripes, it would look great and be a real trow back to a jersey we had in the 80s.
It's the exact same template as Sligo's one.
I see that Shamrock Rovers are changing their kit supplier to Warrior.
Looking forward to some weird and wacky designs.

Possible slight alteration to our 2014 top, appears to be a new style to the crest

"Expect Them" the blurb goes ... to do what exactly ? Challenge for fourth again ...
The one thing we know is that it won't be the Spanish Inquisition.

New Town kit went on sale today. Back of it is black with a small bit of red trim.

Massive deal done with Warrior, they wouldn't be involved with any other league of Ireland club.
Crest straight on their website along with Sevilla, Liverpool, Sagan tosu, Emelec and Randers. Comercially still miles above anyone.
THE Sagan Tosu? And Emelec too? Goodness. Warrior in Ireland is similar to Umbro in that it's licensed to Jonathan Courtenay/Top Lion as far as I know. They'll do other clubs if they think it's worth their while.
And a great job they did too.....

Worst...Jerseys...Ever....
The deal is with Top Lion. Same as all the Umbro clubs here.

Nice plug on their website all the sameQuote:
Head of Warrior’s Irish distributor, Jonathan Courtenay believes the new Shamrock Rovers kits will have a lasting impact on players and fans.
Courtenay said: “While the new Shamrock Rovers home kit design has strong traditional roots, both kits are fresh, bold and mark a new chapter for the club. With high performance as the top priority, our team has developed designs that will not only look great on the pitch and in the stands, but enable players to perform at their best too.”
Jonathan Roche talks of forming "progressive partnerships ..." Are we to take it that Shepard and Kilduff will start 2014 upfront or will it be the last time we see the latter in the hoops ?
This is the blurb from the Warrior website
The bits I particularly enjoyed wereQuote:
Shamrock Rovers
The Hoops, Ireland's most successful club, will wear Warrior for the next four years - starting with the 2014/15 season.
Currently playing in the League of Ireland Premier Division, the team has experienced great success in its dramatic 113 year history. Shamrock have won 17 League titles, 24 FAI Cups and consistently appeared in the playoff stages of Europe's major competitions. This culminated in their 2011 appearance in the Europa League group stages alongside Tottenham Hotspur - a first for an Irish club in the modern era, and an incredible feat considering the club had been in the second tier of Irish football only five seasons before.
"Currently playing in the League of Ireland Premier Division"
- does Warrior believe relegation looms in the next 4 years or is a Euro super league imminent?
"consistently appeared in the playoff stages of Europe's major competitions"
- has someone been telling them porkies?
Maybe it's just the picture, but it looks like the hoops are not uniformly-distributed - perhaps as a tribute to Trevor Croly's tactical approach - and it's jarring. I'll reserve judgement until I see it close up though.
They look a bit plastic looking in that photo alright, but you can't judge a kit from a picture. The design itself on both jerseys is actually pretty nice in my view.
Emelec has the classic and probably unique combination of grey and blue. Always wanted their jersey.
I liked the away golden kit.
Bananas, Pudding and Peppers ... only in Ireland.
Our new away shirt is the shiz.
However we are moving to red shorts with the home kit which is poxy.
