The latter obviously, but, literally-speaking, it doesn't really make a huge deal of sense in that there doesn't appear to be any way to denoting 12:00 mid-day by using "AM" or "PM".
The main problem is that I think you have to register with The FA? Which seems a bit odd and arrogant even for an organisation as detached as them...Quote:

Well I presume everybody associates AM with the early morning, and recognises 12 midnight as the time a new day starts. Therefore it changes from PM to AM at the beginning of a new day. I'm not sure that helps at all :oQuote:
