Whats the latest score?
still nil all
Cork City Starting Line-Up: Devine, Lordan, Byrne, Bennett, Woods, Doyle, Gamble, O'Brien, Kearney, Fenn, J.O'Flynn
all from http://www.corkcityfc.ie/
Very surprised that the only notable absentees are those that are suspended. I thought Flynn may have been rested, maybe Sweeney for Colin.
Still though, that is a good, strong team, which should beat the student menace.
hes rested murray hasnt he? or is he susupended?
one down finn
as far as i know his suspended as is george and murphyQuote:

Half time. City started the half stronly, but UCD finished the half on top as City look short of ideas. Colin T, Kearny and Fenn playing well.
Goal for UCD from Finn. Nice goal from 20 yards against the run of play.
keep it up mouldy!
there was me thinking maybe Aertel had screwed up again and got the spelling of the scorer wrong and the team.Quote:

Looks like the Student Menace just cannot leave us be for just one season. Cant be long left now.
 :(
Disaster, looks like it's all or nothing with the League now
Substitution for City: Nwankwo For Gamble (90mins)
jeaus how long is injury time
all over quite disgusting
1-0 full time...wwwwwwwwwhhhhhhhhyyyyyyyy??????
S***t
Now how would a big Dublin team react to this....
oh yeah,
SACK the manager.... ;)
Let's face it, this wasn't the most surprising of results.
Gotta focus on Waterford now, coz that won't be easy.
I wonder how Mr Joe Gamble played...
Its a pity we lost we will get over it ,roll on friday night
isn't it funny how one day u can nearly beat a top class team like nantes but just four days later ya cant beat a team like ucd..oh well..city for the league!
Looks like we will be enjoying the jazz again this October.
Apparently we had a goal disallowed (wasnt told was it a good or bad decision), Stokes was reffing, crap game, and we deserved a draw at best.
I suppose the anti climax of belfield against a horrible team 8 fans can be attributed to it, and lets be honest, who is REALLY surprised???
As long as we get 6 points from the 2 league games, Im happy anyway.
at least we wont be worrying about fai cup[ replays etc... should get some games out of the way now
was looking forward to a date in queenstown an all :D
gary, maybe i ws glad cork were beaten tonight, maybe.
my euro hangover comes to pass.......
focus on the league, nothing else to focus on anyway ;)
enjoy your relegation fight :D :D :DQuote:

1-0. Some things never change.
City were pure inept. Gamble added very little. George was badly missed. We depended on Kearney a lot who did preetyy well. Doyler made very little impact. Fenn was probably our best player but worrying Flynny was out of it.
All in all, we made very few chances and did not look to be a division ahead of UCD. All in all, it was a typical day at Belfield. 1-0 to UCD.
Sickening.
This is a terrible result. We SHOULD be beating these f*ckers, but we can't. Doesn't augur well for Friday, when we will probably get the sh*t kicked out of Georgie, Fenn and Doyler. Flynnie really needs to start putting in some better performances in the league, or he might not get that move to England.
We have got to pick it up, or else our season ended last Saturday......:(
I HATE Ian Stokes. He woz sh!t yet again against us. De FAI shud do sumting about it!!!
ha ha were still in the cup!!!...
