Why wasn't the Cobh V Killenaule game and Riverstowns game played by yesterday which was the deadline?
We were asked by Killenaule to switch game to sometime during the week we tried to switch it for them but were unable to get our pitch. they then went to FAI in dublin and asked for the game to be played tonight altho we had done everythin to change game for them we were unable, response from the fai was that they'd bend the rules a little this time to allow game be played tonight. we beat them 2-1 too by way.

Monaghan united beat Eureka Kells on penalties after it finished 1-1 after extra time.Utd won 3-0 in the penalty shoot out after Eurka hit the crossbar with the first peno and then blasted the next 2 wide.

Cork derby in semi's with Lakewood and Ramblers facing each other.
Kilmacrennan home to Monaghan Utd and the winners of that semi will have home advantage for the Final.
Kilmacrennan to win the competition outright. Their pitch is an absolute fortress and is v tight. It just fits the regulation pitch size and if Monaghan can play ball on the ground Kilmac will make sure the grass is longish ;)

Lakewood beat Cobh 2-1. very close game with lakewood second goal being a very soft one jus before half time. cobh unlucky not to get another,were applying all the pressure in 2nd half.
They'll only have home advantage in terms of it being in Donegal - as far as i'm aware, it has to be in a neutral venue in Donegal. To be honest i think its rediculous for teams to have to travel that distance for a final. So predictions anyone? Don't know too much about either team! Who'd be the favourites?
Kilmacrennan don't conceed many goals home or away but their big weakness is that they don't have wingers so the title is up for grabs as they are moving the game to Letterkenny or else Finn Park,Ballybofey.
