Fix :p
FT Dundalk 7-0 Athlone
mr maroon
i am glad you said if i said that as a shels man i would be killed!!
No fix you idiots...we played athlone off the pitch!we hit them from the off...should have been about 15 nil...chances we had and their keeper and defence at sixes and sevens at the back!!bring on the Kildare now!!
Goal difference will probably make no difference now - Shels and Dundalk can't finish level on points; Dundalk and Waterford could finish level on points though, if Dundalk draw in Kildare and Waterfrod win their two remaining games.
Most likely Dundalk will beat Kildare and we should assume we will have to win our last two games. Could still finish level on points with Dundalk but its extremely unlikely so goal difference shouldnt come into it:ball:
Yes we can.
If Waterford win tomorrow night then a draw would do us against Kildare next week as we'd finish level on points with Shels but take it on goal difference (unless Shels somehow beat Limerick by at least 6 goals!)..
I wouldn't say it's extremely unlikely..
Well i suppose we cant rule it out. I know Dundalk would expect to beat Kildare anyway but i wonder if Kildare might rest a couple of players with a view to their play off with Mervue. still all we can do is worry about our own results:)
:o
That is all ...
No mention of the Cobh v Bohs game at all this evening.
Level at the break it seems.
Anyone have a link to any radio coverage?
yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesssssssssssss
Cobh 0-2 Bohs
The glamour of the EL tonight at Richmond. Freezing conditions make it hard to be enthusiastic.
Crowd not as bad as I thought, all things concerned.
Longford Town 2 Wexford Youths 4 :D
Was just about to post that. It also means we've surpassed last seasons total points won on the pitch.
Would have been nice to have had some of those away victories at home though, to get the crowd going.
What a season, but I think the squad is a little war-weary at this stage.
