Any inspection in Athlone, anybody know? Game called off there two weeks ago when the weather wasn't as bad.
if anyone has an update on kildare will they put it up. a couple of matches called off already this season i think.
Its a fine day up here, no sign of rain as yet.
No rain in the overcast north east yet either but will let you know if there is a change.
Our game against Longford is off
The first of many postponements I'd say.
2.30 inspection in INchicore for Pats v Galway.
Been raining heavily for the last 7-8 hours. If it continues until 2.30 we could be in trouble.
1pm pitch inspection in tolka
So how many games will get called off, I'm going with a minimum of three. Given the rain that's falling I'd give a 10% chance of the Shels-Waterford game going ahead.
God Bless summer football :)
at least 50% to be called off i'd say.
99% called off
Not a hope of our game with Bohs being off...nice and sunny down here. Rarely rains on matchdays oddly....

PITCH INSPECTION AT 1.30
A pitch inspection will be held at Richmond Park at 1.30 p.m. in advance of tonight's secheduled Premier Division match against Galway United.
Inspection in Athlone, anyone know what time?
I am going to predict all first division games will be called off.
Just topping up the tan in sunny Donegal here
Wonder what the weathers like in Cork for tonights live game?
Those crazy kids in Monaghan could have something to say about that, otherwise you are probably right
We could always move our game to Oriel. :)
inspection at station road at 1.30 too.
I wouldn't be getting too excited about these early pitch inspections. If it keeps raining the way it is then a lot of second inspections will be needed closer to kick off time.
Pats v Galway off
Only just started pouring here about half an hour ago. Hopefully still ok though.
We're organising a pitch inspection soon. If it keeps raining though, it is off.
