As you say the results are out in hours so it's pretty pointless considering that's what we've all been doing for the last year!!!
id wager on the new super duper league looking like this:
Bohemians
Bray Wanderers
Cork City
Derry City
Dundalk
Drogheda United
Longford Town
Shamrock Rovers
Shelbourne
Sligo Rovers
St Patrick's Athletic
UCD
non controversial eh! UCD will be robbed if they drop down....
Bohs
Bray
Cork
Derry
Dundalk
Drogheda
Kilkenny
Longford
Shamrock rovers
Shelbourne
Sligo rovers
Waterford United
Please don't shout at me
What happens if two teams finish on even points?
We'll never know. The points aren't going to be announced. The FAI will add a point somewhere to their favourite team, I suppose.
If we believe all the hype from our neighbours it will be;
Galway + 11 A.N.Others.
Bohs
Cork
Derry
Drogheda
Galway
Longford
Shels
Shamrock Rovers
Sligo
St Pats
UCD
Waterford United
Bohemians
Shelbourne
St Patricks Athletic
Shamrock Rovers
Derry City
Cork City
Waterford United
Sligo Rovers
Galway United
Drogheda United
Sligo Rovers
Longford Town
We're so good that they're letting us have our u21 in the League too
Bohs
Cork
Drogheda
Shelbourne
Derry
St.Pats
Longford
Shamrock Rovers
Sligo
Waterford
UCD
Bray
although Dundalk should be included
I`m sticking with my prediction of the current 11 + rovers.
Our disgraceful seasons of 2003 (9th FD) + 2004 (8th FD) were always going to keep us down in my opinion.
Same as that . . . the current 11 Premier teams and Rovers. That's what I felt when I read the document back in May/June and my views haven't changed.
