That frog thingy has outsold Coldplay's new one 4 to 1 I believe. I'm not gone on Colplay's new single, it's allright - sounds like a U2 outake - but to be outsold 4 to 1 by a ringtone???

Well it's far less irritating than that other muck.
Did anyone see Johnathan Woss tonight Friday on BBC 1?
Coldplay did three songs including the new single and In my place plus a lovely soulful one from the new album at the show's end.
What did Chris Martin do? During all three songs he went ding ding dinga ding ding etc from the crazy frog thingy.
He really fcuked the mood up for all three songs, the devileen.
He doesn't seem too bothered, does he? :D
I think the Crazy Frog is a legend! I have him on the front of a t-shirt of mine. What an hero!! :D
In fairness though, at least they're not all high and mighty over it. BUY X&Y if you haven't already.Quote:

I heard that the chap who came up with the idea has made over ten million dollars from all the publicity the crazy frog has gotten over the past few months, its amazing how one can make money these days ...
He was on RTE news one day. He's a Sweedish guy who created the crazy frog seven years ago, he's 24 now and he's a multi-millionaire. Lucky Fec*er!Quote:

It's amazing what you can find with a rummage in record shops sometimes.
Same shop - bought a Rory Gallagher DVD with live electric AND acoustic stuff last year. Sensational.

I must say I've a soft spot for Morrissey - he's such a contrary, peevish b...ix!! Remember last year when Jules Holland wanted to play a knock knock joke with him on the former's live show on BBC 2? Morrissey got really annoyed and refused to play ball. Great telly. :D
