Lots of talk about it on the recent Between the Stripes podcast. They had Andy Burton, formerly of Dundalk/Peak6 and now an agent, talking about it. Said he looked at data that said a top league of Ireland team would be about mid table League 1 so any standout player is worth a punt for them. If Burton thinks our best are mid table in League one, what are the average transfer fees between mid table League one sides?? That should give us some idea as to what the true value of a top LOI player should be...
