I definately find it enjoyable to watch , almost theraputic , it is one of my favourite times of the year watching on the last day of the majors, listening to the docile meanderings of Peter Aliss, as the competition comes to a close.
I love the Open and the coverage on BBC , it is the very enjoyable viewing made much better by the commentary as Peter Aliss trawls through his memories of just about anything on God's earth, all this while potentially a historic moment unfolds. As I say I find it theraputic. I must be getting old.
Now ask me to go to a golf course and watch it live , not a chance in hell. You go to a golf course to play .
British and Irish Lions. I like rugby, don't get me wrong, but I'm not bothered by the whole Lions hype.
CSI. TV for people with ADHD. Really annoying to watch.
Explains why my girlfriend likes it so much. We have the full collection of CSI and CSI New York on DVD as well as the first two series of CSI Miami, I can't sit through more than 1 or 2 episodes but she could watch 5 or 6 in a row.
Pay Day, you get all excited about the money going into your account only to see it vanish in a haze of bills so you wait eagerly for the next pay day only to go through it all again.
Just been on our local station talking about being a football fan and the others on the panel were 2 manure fans and a priest! Cringe!!
I hope not! Didnt get to say half of what I wanted to.
Probably been said on here before but the GAA definately falls into this category for me!!
International football.
Tea !!
Tea and coffee.
I often get asked "Tea or coffee?" and it always amuses me how many people get confused when I say "No thanks"
Smoothies
Your all freaks. Tea, Coffee, smoothies, butter and mayonaise are the staples of life.
Whats next? Sex, Drugs and Rock and Roll??;)
Porn -interesting for 30 seconds when you haven't seen any for a few months - otherwise a complete waste of time and effort
Irelands cricket team, one of the most raved about thing in Ireland whenever we win a game even thoughhalf this country says they find it boring and sh!te. Its annoying .
Oxegen Festival. Havent really had the urge to go there, pretty much the same line-ups every year and from what I've heard, a ridiculous amount of muppets attending too.
Birthdays:(
Sacha Baron Cohen - we really have to put an end to this utterly self indulgent unfunny pain in the ass drivel
Apart from the "hilarious" drop on to Eminems face, the Borat movie is just so not funny where he actually looks like the idiot
Enough is enough
