i taught it was the GAA's decision till i read that....i personally think he should have told the lads to play on, 4 counties have been gearing towards this game for the last few weeks
It's a GAA tradition that if an opposing team has suffered a bereavement/tragedy the match will be postponed. It exists at every level of the game. I'm a little surprised both matches were called off but it's a gesture that will be appreciated and understood.Quote:
