Yes we had higher expectations than 0 points after 4 games but we played well enough in our first 3 games to get some points on the board.
We are missing a host of players who are gradually coming back in one's and two's, so slowly but surley.
Very funny bout the centre backs!! but in all fairness we will stay up, and should (hopefully) kick on after yesterday's result.
Ger (Nolly) Collopy was working up the country up until last week and therefore couldn't train with the club so Robbie was first choice keeper as he trained and in fairness played well to date,
But now Nolly is no longer working up the country and was back on the bench yesterday and is also back training, so they will both fight it out for the No.1 Jersey, from yesterday onwards.

aisling dominated the first half and should have scored a third before the break, an OG from Anto Mc Donnell put regional back in the game. Aisling lost 4 players through injury. changed the game and regional dominated after that and scored a very debatable off side goal, ref appologised after the game. their third was a very well taken opportunity from frankie steward who poked home after a scramble in the box. aisling were denied a header deemed off side and a clear cut peno when the game was balanced at 2-2. far from one sided. 2-2 would have been a fair reflection of the game.
Aisling have had half their squad injured since the season kicked off, should be very strong when all come back.
heard that Regional had a clear cut peno themselves in the first half not given and few offside decisions not go their way but those kind of things happen in alot of games, but wasn't there myself so only going on what i was told by an impartial person who was there
it is good that so far this season there has been some good competiton in the premier, with the exception of balla alot of the other teams are already taking points off each other.this can be only good for the league does anyone agree?it has been harder than previous seasons to predict results.good to see the likes of granville holding there own at the top end of the table
anybody have any predictions for the last of the midweek games?
I would agree with that There seems to be alot of teams capable of challenging for the league this year. Balla, Pike, Regional, Boro, Carew. and seems to be no certainties for the drop either with Corbally, Star, Herbertstown, Charleville and Fairview all fighting it out to avoid the drop.
carew v pike tomorrow night. Should be a good one.
