While I agree that the majority of Bohs fans had their head in the sand, a lot of forum regulars didn't. However you don't have access to our private members sub-forum so you wouldn't see a lot of that.

If such an agreement were actual in place perhaps it could be open to challenge - but I suspect that this is hypothetical. All the indications are that Faz and O'Donnell were signed on significantly more then this, while Ndo, Keegan and Shelley are hardly on less then €40k when the average Bohs wages are estimated (underestimated?) at €70k by the Indo.
There is a irony about the fact that the three clubs reported to have made this agreement, are the ones making most negative financial headlines some months later.
Something that I don't think has been raised here - weren't all the Bohs players who accepted the pay cut at the start of the season given an extra year on their contracts as compensation?
for the 1000 time Bohs have not broken any rules yet if, at the end of the season we are over the 65% rule then (as many Bohs contributors have said) we will face the appropriate sanctions, if not in breach of it then no sanctions apply end of story. Why Dundalk fans have so much difficulty understanding this is, frankly, quite scary.
Perhaps Bohs V Dundalk - played 3 Wins 3 for 8 against 0 is a possible backdrop ?
Definitive proof that Bohs are about to be relegated.

See division 2A, seems a bit harsh to send them all the way to UCFL, then again they will be pretty broke :)
Its being set up by Bohs fans and most if not all of the team are Bohs fans. This is the 1st season the team have been together so they thought that they would get Div 3 seeing as they are new but the league didnt see it like that and put them into Div 2a which seems a bit harsh. I wonder will PaddyPower have prices on the big derby in Div 2a :)
The difference in standard between 2 and 3 in UCL is fairly marginal, I've played in division 2 and in 3b and my 3b team has knocked a few division 2 teams out of the cup. Only the top two divisions are much stronger, the rest tend to have a couple of strong teams and a lot of average ones.
Anyway gone miles off topic now.
Despite the mismanagement of the past I hope Bohs win tomorrow and survive the season and the new board can put them on a more sustainable long term path.
Win or bust for Bohs? Uh oh.
Bust it is and it's going to be the biggest bust we've seen since Jordans last boob job :D
Couldn't be arsed to read through the whole thread, but does this mean an exodus of players from Dalymount?
It really should. This league is such a mess it's untrue.
And here comes the third exodus in 3 years.
2007- Shelbourne
2008- Drogheda United
2009- Bohemians
it wasn't a vast majority, but it went from the small minority who voted against the Danninger deal (2006), to a majority who voted in a largely new board at the last AGM - and most of the Bohs fans that i know who post here have been part of that group since the beginning.
Its bust for the Bozos.
Good night Irene :D
