its a one horse race over in msl avondale of the top 4 being the horse the others holding on to their tails only just. not an arguement just an opinion red.

Let's be logic about it and go through the div's and see what clubs fit the Msl critera
The argument about standard between Aul/Msl will always be there, but the only thing that is certain is that it's always the better Aul teams and clubs that are looking to go Msl and not the other way round. So that probably sums up what most clubs think which standard is higher. Saying that though, there are a lot of very average senior sides out there.
Your obviously joking are you? Aul premier is on par with msl 2? Since your so brilliant at facts redandwhite can you tell me where Wilton, Kinsale & Leeside finished in the premier last year? Wilton are competing to win the league with 12 players. They didn't win nor challenge the Aul top 3 last year. Take off your blinkers now will you. Come end of the season I'm sure whatever teams finish in the top 4 places of aul premier would go on & win the msl 2 in there first season. Leeside & Kinsale were teams in transition. They only moved for the future of there clubs. There's teams playing msl 2 that wouldn't win league 1 in aul.
Your going to get strong teams and weak teams in every league that's just the nature of the game . You can't deny that their is strong teams in Prem aul but their is also weak teams . Same as Msl 2 div some good and some not so good . Can we all agree on that ?
As I said kinsale are a team in transition. They would be no where near top of aul either. They haven't the players. There's a big difference between a team challenging & a team just playing for the sake of it. You cant get relegated from msl 2. You can relegated from aul premier. The stanard in the league is brutal. Having spoke to people who made the change last year they are the first to admit that the msl is more professional & the facilities are better. Thats obvious. Thats why they are msl. But they also said the msl is by no means better in terms of standard. At the end of the day would you rather play msl 2 or aul premier? Don't even think I need to argue that. Wilton will probably get promoted this year. I hope they do but would they challenge for the premier? I doubt it. I said there are teams in msl 2 who wouldn't win the 1st division. That's my opinion. They are there because of facilities first and foremost. If they can add to there squad & get out of the division then that's a bonus. Leeside are building at the moment. You cant be brilliant every year.
did our tricks get sent off lads or trickys ??
I'll pm sharpshooter
Well, Killer are you gonna be playing tonight? Let me know where so I can boo ya from the line:)
Goodluck to Glen Celtic B tonight 1 point and the league is theirs. A good team and a great bunch of lads, they came close to promotion last year and deserve to win it this year. Also, Should be a cracker between ourselves and Carrigtwohill tonight. Two good football teams and a true 6 pointer of a game.

I'd love too but I have an over 33's game sorry
Huge one for ourselves and Leeview tonight, as leftside put it, a 6 pointer ! Especially with Boscos breathing down our necks. If the rain holds off, should be near perfect conditions for an open game. Although the Glen have had the league wrapped up now for some time its good to see a few sides still in the hunt for 2nd. As i said before, def the strongest 3rd Division i have seen in a long time.
you have the glen left bud and it will be party time for them geting the prize that day so expect nothing off that game only a sip out of the cup.tonite all the pressur on carrig to win and they must, plus their at home leeview must just be at their best to get somthing.no luck for this one huge game whoever wants it the most i think .carrig are a fine side and a well ran club radio and owl both love the game .
Couple of big games left for the 3 teams looking for second, tonight is a big one for us, a draw wouldn't be the worst result for us, as Leeview must still play Boscos at their place, and Boscos also face the Glen, all very tough games, so still a lot of twists left yet.
like i say radio must win for both teams and you being at home draw defo wont suit you kid your gas yes there will be twists i agree it should be a cracker and you will be all out for the win and you know it leeview just finding their feet and a good side your players are used to some big games that might tell in the end .
You might be on to something their horse ;-)
Carrig 1 leeview 0
Finished a deserved 1 nil to carrig.good game until killer got sent off for a cowardly act.all to play for
cowardly act robot?? ok then nothin about getting kick around the floor like a football my self !!! and the lads coming off bench had no business coming onto the pitch gettin into my face and choking me ya went way over board it done now !! oops carrig won get on with it
Ref was bad but no need for the two incidents involving u and carrig players.thought ref left his yellow cards at home till the last 5 mins when he got one out.for such a big game for both teams a better ref should have been there.it obviously affected urself.first time seen u play so dont know if it was out of character.
robot im not a player for gettin send off week in week out but you said it about the ref carrig players names wasnt even on the card wen i got sent off !! so how to you manage to book them huh !! no yes it went way over board i will hold my hands up to it but jesus the ref was no where in the game !!! big game for a very old ref come on lads
Ya ref was bad.how card wasnt filled in before game .they r home team and should have it filled in before ye
we only filled ours in at half time and no carrig players names in it !! so if our line waited another few mind to fill in it the ref wouldnt have had a clue who he was sending off casue no card filled in !! but look it gonna come back to me been the for what i did and fair enough i let my team down and club im in the wrong 100% look carrig won game over all the best to them going forward but there was no help there from the ref calling offside and carrig players a mile on haha
i like to Apologize to all the carrig team and managers i could do all this in a pm to owl and radiostar but im no scumbag just outta sorts 2nite and went way over board so owl and radiostar sorry lads !!!
Im new here but just saw the results on the AUL website, two massive results in 1A, guna be ridiculously tight in the run in there!!
