He already faces a warrant for failure to pay outstanding bills here in Malta and this will be enforced should he return and will be pursued through the Irish system. He cannot simply run away on debts and obligations in such a manner."

I've asked if this "warrant" is up to much but was told that it's over not paying parking fines and domestic bills. Apparently a couple of plastic bags of Louis Copelands finest is sitting in a garage belonging to Roddy's former landlord in Malta!
