The Sun has apologised to Scousers, it's readership, and the Hillsborough Support Groups, which was eventually accepted by them. They printed a further page-long apology in it's editorial in Autumn 2004. Call it half-hearted, call it PC, call it what you like, they are the facts. But then again, the vendetta brigade don't read, never mind buy The Sun, so how would they know what/when/how often/the extent of the apologies were made??
