First time we failed to score in the first half in a game against Andorra. We didn't score against them in the second half the last time we played
I don't think the manager does anything to inspire them. If the setup is wrong off the field them it's hard to turn it around on the field. I honestly feel sorry for them.Quote:

Despite the protestations from his supporters it was obvious to many of us from very early on that Kenny had been promoted way beyond his abilities.
A professional team deserves a professional manager.
I’ve been a long time hold out as I was desperate for things to work out but times up. The players are a poor crop but still should be better than this. It’s times to give another man a crack at the job.

Without actually getting better in any other area
And yet our strongest area is defence
That goal shows how bad they and we are.
Could see us going on to win this 3-1 or so but I wouldn't be entirely upset if Kenny got the sack just for the first half performance and that goal.

I think Staunton gets a bad rep. Yes, he started off very poorly. But after that, I thought his teams did quite well. The last game against Cyprus was a dead rubber, even if it was not great. His actual win/draw/lose rate is exactly the same as Martin O'Neill's record.Quote:
