It was a pi55 poor group - perhaps the worst quality group in the competition. Our playing resources suggest we should finish second or near enough to it.

We won because they had a man sent off that shouldn't have been, and one of their defenders makes a once in a lifetime error. Apart from the first fifteen minutes of the second half we were utter rubbish, and completely outplayed in every department. We don't even try to play decent football.

The lads in the studio seem to think the Czechs are ranked ahead in terms of playoffs, can the mathematicians confirm this. I didn't think this was the case.

Samir Nasri equalises for France against Bosnia. That means it is now Bosnia heading for the play-offs.

2130 Slovenia have done us a massive favour. They lead Serbia by one goal with three minutes left, thus putting Estonia in the play-offs.

2128 Estonia, Montenegro and Bosnia would certainly be seeded below Ireland. Turkey may pip us?

Estonia please - wouldn't fancy our chances against anyone else.

Estonia, then relatively indifferent - they're all tricky. Czechs didn't impress me in Glasgow though.

We've never beaten a European team in a play off.

I wouldn't be too bothered with any of our potential opponents.

Estonia or Montenegro and I'd be optimistic. Wouldn't fancy our chances against the other two.

Very happy to avoid Portugal, Croatia and the Bosnians. With the greatest of respect to 'em, I'd bite the UEFA representative's hand off for Estonia. Not much between the Czechs and Montenegro but wouldn't fancy Turkey.
