You're well past it yourself Dazzler and shouldn't comment on something you don'n know enough about. Why didn't you go and watch the game if you were so interested?Although, besides the MJ and FAI games the only other games on in the afternoon are the lower divisions, who did you tog with?Fairview C or Summerville B???
who's favourite for the mjc??pike must fancy there chances or is the FAI there main focus!!
I think Pike will win the MJ. Clonmel town I think are favourites but from what I saw last week I wasn't impressed but I suppose if they get home draws up to the semi-final stages they will be hard to beat....
coming from the guy who wouldnt give his own club credit last week?? oh if we can keep the score down and its not double figures we will be happy, was disgraceful so dont criticise others when you showed a complete lack of respect for your own team and players who done themselves proud
ha ha he has you there abbeyvale
sir abbey ferguson...:)
do you really think that clonmel town were judging star based on foot.ie....thats an embarrassing comment....so now your giving yourself credit for the performance??
Star deserve a lot of credit and could easily have been 3 up at half time with two cleared off the line in the first half. The turning point was obviously the sending off as Star had to sacrifice their centre forward in order to re-arrange therefore being on the backfoot all the time.Star nearly held out and it was a deflected goal which brough the game to extra time - Well done to them but as we all know, moral victories are no good.
Star should push on now and use the same level of committment for the remainder of the league. If they do we will see them returning to Prem.
Boro away to clonmel town if they beat clonmel Celtic. Yel come away from there with tipp accents oscar
Ya.I'm not at work I'm a bit unwell.
I'm off the stew and you know well it's not real stew how can you have stew with no meat in it.ha ha:
i think thats called soup;)
Whether they did or not doesnt matter now, the bottom line is Clonmel were lucky to scrape through against us last weekend, and if you were at the game you'd agree.
They scored a poxy deflected goal in the 91st minute, and won a lottery in the Peno shootout.
They'll need to improve big time if they want to win any of the big two comps this season.
Regarding the credit I give our team, I think its fully justified and again if you were at the game you'd agree.
We were due to be missing 3 or 4 players going into the Clonmel game and at that point it didnt look like we'd have a chance, but we got those players available and therefore gave Clonmel a run for their money.
i assume he mean that your taking credit for the performance because of your posts prior to the game, and as i posted at the time clonmel wouldn't have judged ye on what you said on this site,i wasn't at the game but i read the report and ya from what it says ye played very well and were very unlucky but i'm sure you agree that the performance will mean nothing if it doesn't give ye a good kick on for the run in of the league

Lisselton of Kerry are starting to put in strong performances lately and have made it back to the top of their league and winning the kerry area final (only 1 team go thru from kerry so they have a final).
After a sluggish start and early exit from the FAI i wouldnt put it passed them to go all the way.
They have ringmahon the weekend, followed by tramore and then a home tie to either regional or carrick which they wud fancy in the 1/4 finals.
st michaels lost 1 nil
