Anyone know who the officials were at the Athlone vs Dundalk game last night. I know Buttimer was ref and Eddie Foley was 4th official but don't know the names of the assistants

Pats 1 up desperate mistake by barry murphy
Surprised Murphy didn't get a free there. Seems to be the keeper always gets a free in those situations.
whats the guy fro Fair City doing beside the Rovers bench.
Fantastic save by Barry Ryan just there.
You'd want to check your facts friend - why would I be bitter when the team I support are in the top flight while your lot are in the First Division?
All I stated in the first part of my post were facts, in the second, a touch of hope mixed with a pinch of probability.
Nothing to be bitter about at all Mr Plastic.
*looks nervously down the table*
No chance of your lot getting dragged into the relegation struggle, dfx- (much as I don't like to admit it.) They punched above their weight last season but they'll accumulate more than enough points against the weaker sides to be comfortably safe, probably around seventh. Could do with a finisher, though.
Looked a beaten demoralised team at 0-1, one win from five at home, one point out of the last 12, one goal in the last four games, Sligo away next week, well beaten by Cobh. All the points gained early last season are not being collected this season and the squad isn't as strong as last season, who spectacularly fell away last season. Tactically being found out, second season syndrome is striking.
Big problems.
No they weren't. They were by themselves in the goal not trying to partake in the football. They did not go on to mock the SO. And they weren't laughing at the young fellas, they were laughing because they were drunk out of their skulls.
Look at it realistically FFS.
Hmm, ye said the same last season and, whoops, we stayed up, ye stayed down.
To be honest, I hope we get ye in the Cup, could put this boring argument to bed once and for all
The Special Olympic game was just preparing as these gob****es reached the goal mouth. I genuinely don't believe that they were aware of the game and it significance. Believe me I had the misfortune to stand near them and these boys were extremely drunk. They spent the first half either lying on the terrace or falling over the wall.
They got quite a bit of abuse from their own supporters when they were returned to the terrace.
I don't condone what they did but the presence of even one steward on the away supporters side would have prevented all this.
God Rovers were brutal today, just long ball hoofed up field again and again in the second half. Really have been in awful form recently, and getting a win at Sligo is now vital to stop the rot.
Haven't seen the goal again but it looked like a mistake from Baz. Even if he got that right, Kelly was his usual desperate self, making sure he was the centre of attention as ever.
Scully has big work to do to sort it out, but I'd rather him in charge of that than any other LoI manager.
I think you'll be alright. Rovers started well and were unlucky to go behind. I was quite impressed by them but despite a decent start to the second half, their challenge fell away badly. I didn't think St. Pat's really turned up properly buy full credit to them, one up, away from home, playing poorly, they managed to avoid the temptation to sit back and still put men forward going for a second goal.
Rovers looked bereft of ideas in the second half and once they were down to ten they could have played until tonight and still wouldn't have scored. Scully probably should have made changes earlier but was hamstrung a little by the fact he'd had an enforced sub in the first 10 mins.
