Germany (H) ticket exchange list

Would it be against rules to offer the 2 tickets for the Germany game and 2 for the Cyprus game for say €160?

I have been let down yet again on the sale of my ticket for the away section tomororow night, so it is open to anyone again who may want it.
Alternatively i have a ticket for the upper cusack ,
Either ticket can be bought from me for 50 euro .I will sit in the seat i dont sell
