Totally a different team without Coleman. We just are not deep enough for him to miss significant time. Wales have to be ruing Cardiff. They would have had a much better chance in retrospect. Sorry, Wales!

Denmark have spent 15 years under Morten Olsen developing a common system and tactical approach at all levels. They have the same population as us and their players play at a similar level. Some even in the Danish and Norwegian league. But they have a plan. They know how to pass.
We have an FAI with no national development plan and an international team that lurches from one match to the next, relying only on passion and desire.
Everything wrong with Irish football got exposed tonight. We can continue to ignore it, or we can use this as an opportunity to do something about it.
