If you fiddle around with your IP, you should be able to watch it on RTE.ie, I presume it will be streamed live on their website.

He has said stuff like this before DI. Particulary a few days away from the game. And then reverted to picking players he trusts. You would think McClean would be one of the first names on the team sheet with Duff gone. The press conference he gave yesterday suggested he would go 442 and not 433 as RTE are implying. We shall see.
I find RTÉ also tend to put their own twist on Trap's ambiguity, most likely to stir talking points and engender greater interest in the lead-up to games they're broadcasting.
yeah it's possible to get that to work but it's too slow for live streaming i've found. rte streams are a bit unreliable generally (as those who tried to watch katie taylor during the olympics online will have found), and trying to route them through an irish proxy compounds that.
it'll be up on other streams but it seems we're going to try to sneak out of work early.
It'll be on in any pub with Setanta or any real Irish pub worthy of the name. And doesn't clash with any other fixtures of note.
Or online...
Are Setanta broadcasting it?
My local, The Corrib Rest in London NW6 (Queen's Park tube) is definitely showing it but I might watch it in The Sheephaven in Mornington Crescent as I'm in the area just beforehand.
Didn't realise the match was being played on Astroturf.
Confirmed that the pub I usually frequent in Brighton doesnt have RTE. Can anyone recommend a decent London pub that'll definitely show the game? (Close proximity to Victoria is a bonus)
for a place guaranteed to have it, i guess the marquis of granby at cambridge circus. note it has an upstairs area which should also have it on and might be a bit quieter (you might even get a seat). you can get out at picadilly circus - victoria line to green park and change to picadilly.
waxy's won't have it - not sure about the o'neills on leicester square.
waxys or oneills wont have it.
thats probably the most central place alright that i can think of that will have rte as well.if you went down south to morden or tooting there is a few pubs that way that will be showing it.
Try 'The White Bear' in Kennington.
Loathe that I am to assist a Tory voter...
I watched the Estonia away leg in O'Neills upstairs last year, the one opposite Waxy's. Pretty sure it was RTE? Unless they just won't be doing this game.
If anyone's in the area, the Blythe Hill Tavern on Stansted Road near Forest Hill is reliable and a great spot for Ireland matches.
:) We go through this every time and no matter where you are in the world, its always the same pubs showing the match.
Actually not every Sky pub (or even Setanta) has access to RTE. Though in 90% of the latter case, this applies...
