Considering they kicked Cobh out for not producing any audited accounts you'd have to assume Derry provided something. Then again..
The Licence requires full signed and audited accounts with the auditor's certificate. Management accounts aren't enough. The auditor also has to certify about all monies payable to players having been paid or an agreement reached. If they didn't have these there's no way they should have got a licence. I know if it was us we definitely wouldn't have got one.
Nope. Up to year ending 31st December 2008 as far as I'm aware, certainly that's what we submitted. That was the reason financials were to be submitted by January 31st. Gives clubs a chance to have them done and audited.
Maybe the auditor was willing to let them go to the FAI but not the Companies Office. Can you be struck off for giving false information to the FAI?.
