So, I've already stated that there are 2 places they are entitled to funding from. That should be obvious to anybody not out to whinge.
It seems to me that Derry are saying they should get funding from the NI executive because the project is all about regeneration. If that is true, I'm not convinced about whether it's in the FAI's brief to be partly funding a regeneration project in Derry city.
