Frustrating season for Doyle Hayes involved heavily preseason then not even an appearance on the bench in league.
Still only 19 and just finished his first full season at U23 level so I wouldn't worry too much about it - he's still well on track. That said, he should be looking to get first-team football next year, perhaps on loan.Quote:

Looks like Shane McLoughlin could have a bright future at Ipswich. I had wondered why his goal to game ratio was down as I assumed he was still playing up front. Looks like he's playing in midfield mostly.
