Only Teams in Senior Sunday,Senior 1,1A and 1B, play in the Intermediate Cup as those top four Sunday Leagues are Intermediate football, the Saturday teams and the rest of the Sunday teams are eligible for the Junior Cup.
You can't play in any of the Junior Cups if you've played for any team in the Intermediate Cup that year but Junior Sunday and Saturday are allowed a few games for their own alternative team in the League before having to pick one or the other.
