Ah, but from my (very limited) understanding it appears that it actually is. Because the way the rule has been set up by the FAI and implemented by them, it only matters ultimately if you are over 65% come the end of November. You could be over every month of the season but if by the end of Nov you somehow manage be under you have (according to the FAI's own rules) done nothing wrong.Quote:
