Well done kilreen. Go win it now lads
it should be be a good final no matter what !
Well done to Grattan on winning Premier A. Great turn around for the club.
Well done to killreen hope they go on and wi n it now but I must say that was an absolute shocking game!!! There was only ever going to be 1 winner Coachford offered nothing at all played into killreens hands by launching everything forward. Still disappointing considering this was semi final of the AOH..it wasnt the greatest day for football fair enough but still very disappointing. .
Quick question shams, our game was called off today cos the other team couldn't field a team. We've been told the match is being re-schedueled. Same thing happened last season and we automatically got handed a 3-0 win. Have the rules changed?
Jonathan murphy is a class act! Your forgetting the best CF in the AUL also Alan Grainy! There's lads like wayne hogan Dane holland Trevor dunlea n Willie McCarthy who all "want too play ball aswell in that side! And lads that SHOULD be playing Senior Premier IMO!
Ah Sparks were u at the game at all? Both teams were hoofing it bar Murphy sure he was arguing with his own players for booting it away. There all good lads your right but to play Senior Premier you need that bit extra Murphy has it not sure about the other players named. Greaney maybe but think his temperment might let him down.
I think sparks was after a few when he wrote that message 2 am mighty fella I agree Murphy was and is a class Micky Walsh would have got a good look at one or two kilreen player for next season aul team next season too.. Will they be many of ye head to the cross today for the Avondale match ???
Was after a few killer (end of season session) but it doesn't change the fact all the lads I named are very very good players. I'm not going too get into an argument about what it takes too play senior etc or debate it here. In my opinion all those lads be good enough. If others don't then no problem I'm not saying yer wrong! No I didn't make the game yesterday I was on a course but having seen a lot of these lads play and playing and training along side them in the past they all normally do play ball. Perhaps nerves played a part yesterday I dunno as I say I wasn't there. But either way Micky leaves Coachford ,after promising the squad the AOH ,empty handed. Congratulations too Kilreen and all the lads hope ye kick on and win it now, but have a few buddies up in Blarney Street too so wouldn't be disappointed if they win either way a great final instore, Nala V Babsy, Dane Holland V John Cocran John Murphy V Mark Nolan Scott Calnan V Judge or will it be Skilly? 1for will keep us guessing I imagine!
greenwood 0 - 2 kilumney poor game until the last ten mins
springfield 2- 3 innishvilla good win for innish maybe a bit to late for them with having to play kilumney twice im sure

Ya would like to see davy mahony do it long time mentor of mine underage but cup final you never know
We have only 2 games left both against Kilumney we are 4 points behind Pearse who have 1 game left as far as I know
Interestingly enought - Pearse 1 game left v Kilumney, Innish's 2 games are Kilumney. So in reality need 4 points from the two games and hope Pearse don't get a result...
Tough one for my old team... But the fat lady hasn't sung yet (she is limbering up those vocal chords!!!).
Innishvilla travel to Killumney tomorrow evening before hosting Killumney the following Tuesday so Pearse will know in advance what they need to do (if anything)...
Ironically the last time Innishvilla were relegated from a division a 1:1 draw with Killumney with a very late equalizer was critical to them going down and the final game of the season which confirmed the relegation was a loss to Pearse who won the title that day!!!
hopefully an announcement soon on the cork aul gaffer spot micky walsh/pat keane combo wasnt he seen at the kilreen coachford over the weekend who knows
