hartnett man of the match is a joke. his goal should never have went in other than that he was out of game bar winning few headers. well done pike they just about deserved it against a saints team who never got going bar 1 or 2. tough on paul tobin and chalkie losing 4 finals but if any team will be back its saints. colbert or mullins would be my man of the match

Congratulations to Pike rovers on their historic win today.It was a scrappy game which was ultimately won by an error when it was looking like extra time.Got to feel sorry for the saints keeper.
Man of the match for me was Colm Enright,he turned back the clock with a great performance.I am particularly happy for him as he now has deservedly won the lot domestically.A good clean competetive player who is also a very decent guy.Well done!
Any one of the pike back four could have got man of the match,cosgrave had kavanagh in his pocket,dint know what match you were at pal,what time will lowrys be open,or is it open?
i thought michaels shaded it slightly but a draw would have been a fair result, feel sorry for breen in goals, enright or colbert were excellent at the back, davey ryan was immense when he came on at HT, i would love to know who picks the man of the match because Hartnett was ominous all day yesterday, complete joke. well done to pike. thought a few of the michaels supporters should be ashamed of themselves especially after one of them interrupting the minutes silence, not all of them are as bad as that though. i wonder will this michaels team fall apart, any thoughts? we mite get one or two cast offs next season hopefully!

that is the same rumour that goes around about james every season because he trains with st kevins. cant see why it would be true this year. dont know about the other 2 boys, wonder if they would be up for such a committment? no doubt they are more than good enough though. im sure saints will do everything in their power to keep the squad togetherQuote:
