Yeah he works in a gym in Cork. His family live in Kildare so I presume he used to stay there sometimes too after training or whatever. There was a story in the paper after the Harps replay about the amount of miles he had to do to make the game.

It's only really Rovers we're competing with. Dundalk look settled and Cork have their pick of most from Munster. If we go head to head with Rovers they'll out do us wages wise so we pick up what's ever left and as you say the European money keeps us ahead of the rest. I hope no club is relying on money from the gates to keep them going, maybe that's what Bohs problem was that made you keep selling the ground.
Maybe the club is waiting for the cull to end
Daryl Horgan being linked with Brighton in one of the tabs apparently. Lovely player, can help feeling he makes the wrong decision on the ball too often though.
Assume Brighton would have to stump up a sizeable fee for him as he's just turned 23.
Duggan is now living in Limerick with 3 young kids so might be easier to convince to stay. Especially with the support that has come out since the move to the Markets Field. If Shamrock Rovers are in for Clarke id say we would be doing extremely well to hold onto him. He is a dub after all.
Not quite player transfer - but Kenny Shields just taken Derry manager job
SHIELS
S-H-I-E-L-S
Even Derry mis-spelt his name in their press release.

confirmed on our website today that Kevin O Connor and Conor Powell are with us for next season!delighted most of all for Kevin as Bray wanted him back! http://ltfc.ie/ltfc-announcement/
He had a decent end to the season in fairness to him.
Any of Limericks players linked to anyone? Wouldn't mind a player like Vinny Faherty or Duggan at Bray
Mick Daly and Mark Sammon both to Bray on 2 year deals, Cherrie also resigned on a 2 year deal.
Jeez.. 2 year deals at Bray. What is that, about 12 managers?
Mark Salmon was our best player for years up until he got a serious injury in 2013 which basically cost us the league which goes to show how important he was to us. Since he came back from that injury he's not really played many full 90 minutes and his legs aren't what they were he use to be a real box to box player but now his best work is closer to the opposition goals, Hel add quality but most of all leadership and personality to the bray squad and the fans will love him on and off the field, total gent.
Salmo gave great service to LTFC but to be honest we had better players there by the end of the season and he was let go. Not been the same player since a bad injury a couple of years ago.
Let the madness begin:

Both Dennehys gone out of Cork, no surprise there after what went on earlier in the season!
I think the usual story is that the players on the list would be open to a move if it meant more pay.
Most will stay at the clubs (unless they've already been released of course)
Ya just even at first glance Conor Winn is listed but signed a contract last week with Galway.
Would pay no attention to the list.
Bray have given Alan Byrne a two year deal. Not sure what to say about that to be honest.
Philip Gannon has committed to us for another year. So its wrong. Davy O Sullivan linked heavily with a return to Bray Wanderers which would be scandolous in my opinion but Pats are also in the chance.
Well if Bray are offering all these players 2 year deals then you can see why they are moving there. With the history though if it was me personally as a player I'd need to seriously consider the options before signing.
Absolute crazy stuff, unless they have completed the ground swap deal, I have no idea where the money is coming from, as rumour has it the ESB were pulling the plug and several bus companies are knocking on the door, 2 year deals hope they get them in writing!:confused:
