yeah on clare league website game at 2pm in ballingarry.. cant understand why they did not switch it last weekend once Olympic pitch was unplayable ? good footballing team Olympic and on a roll at the moment winning games /scoring plenty of goals and won divisional cup 2 weeks back ,to be honest I would fancy them to win game even away from home :ball:Quote:

it was 8 1 to ballingarry alright heard the scorers on limerick radio u might be able to appeal on the grounds it was getting too dark though:D

Ballingarry through again in another cup great cup team, playing Killarney Celtic Saturday at 7:30 down in Killarney in 4th round of FAI should be a good match. Broadford look like there running away with the league at this stage very hard team to break down and should be a good game in the next round of the Munster Junior with NCW playing NCW Rovers

Tough ask for the sides in FAI action this weekend, Abbeyfeale seem to have the best chance
Yes Desmond teams have it tough in the fai this week. I think carrig and abbeyfeale will win but ballingarry to lose in extra time and Newcastle to lose in normal time. It would be nice to see all teams win of course

In the second half ballingarry came out looking for pride Dean Clancy was switched into the centre and started controlling the game for Ballingarry pick out some fine balls dropping right back to collect it off the back four, Clancy got a very nice ball off Kevin Forde and took a nice flick around the defender in the box and was taken down for a penalty, Francis Kiely missed the resulting penalty summing up that it was most definitely not their night, As the heads dropped Killarney took back the control of the game and finished off the game with again good play and a sweeping cross in and finished nicely, The better and stronger team won on the night, scoreline was a bit harsh as it could have been a lot different.
Wow. That's a bad beating. Thought ballingarry would do much better than that.
