Hugely Over rated/Under rated Players

I think Gerrard is the type of player who needs space to attack. He can carry the ball well and his ball striking technique is excellent but put him under pressure in a tight spot and he'll struggle. Surely a "world class" central midfielder should be comfortable on the ball in every situation, not just when there's a gap to run into?
