Yep thats him, he broke his leg a few years back and gave it up for a while and is now player manager of Star Rovers "B" team.

was at the boro and star game.twas a good physical game although georgy clancy seemed to make afew strange decisions.the way i saw it star were well on top in the 1st half and boro looked well on top in the second half.in fairness to star they looked goosed after sherlock got the 3rd for the boro but did very well to get back in thru a great john barry goal.good win for star.they deserved it for the heart they showed especially since they got well beaten the previous week by all accounts.just to comment on abbeyvales point that they were missing 1st choice left full.that left full is rubbish and after the game leonard o grady played at left full on sunday ur man wouldnt be getting back in if i was manager.
Last years OT team wer also rubbish
I'll 2nd that,,,,Star should stick to there winning team and see how they go..Great result and best of luck for the rest of it...U don't seem to have any confidence in us beating herbertstown abbeyvale??how come??
didnt play just drank with the manager

I can confirm that the Balla V Holycross match is switched to the LIT on Sunday morning
well i have seen him play on afew occasions for star and i think hes a very ordinary player.i know its only 2 or 3 games that i saw him in but i thought by his performances that hesw lucky to get on the star team not to mind oscar traynor.the point i was making abbeyvale was that leonanrd o grady played very well at left full and that i thought he was a much better option for star in that position.why waqs pa barry not playin from ther start against boro?was he injured?
