If you can get top marks or no marks, then the stuff about four-year history is really irrelevant as there's only 100 marks between about ten teams in the middle, which could easily be made up over 500 marks. (God, this is the greatest load of rubbish I've heard in my life when you actually type it...) In this case, Galway Harps' point about Dundalk's 4-year record holding them back is irrelevant. If the FAI want to (not saying that they do, but if), they could realistically promote or relegate any borderline club they want to.
