Foot.ie decides - Ireland's best away kit

2004 - Wasn't alive for Italia 90 so it doesn't have much of a connection to me. 2004 is a lovely design and Clinton wearing it seals it! The subtle flag on the sleeve is great too
2018 - Lovely design and definitely the best away effort from the NB era. The 2002 one is not a good design.

94-95 jersey clear winner- peach of a jersey, and that glorious night in Windsor.

The Wales Charcoal kit is a beaut. The **** collar on the Brady Bosnia kit is off-putting.

I think the 1990 one is a beaut regardless of nostalgia, though that certainly throws bonus points its way.

2018 comfortably (and it's not amazing) for me. 2002 one is just dull.

2002. I like an all white or all green, shirt n shorts combo. Particularly green.

2018 as a full kit. Not much difference for me betwen the two jerseys, but the all white look of the earlier one is a bit bland.

I was alive but very young for USA 94 at least, so not exactly a baby nowadays! :laugh:

I’ll go Italian 90 but very close. 2004 is my favourite one I didn’t choose so far

2002 WCQ jersey the other

Italia 90 safely through there, 11-6. Not sensing that it's the overwhelming favourite its home kit was though. I think this comp is quite open so far.

While the 2002 and 2018 WCQ kits continue to battle it out, two more for your consideration. The 2005 kit up against 2010/11, which is iconic, but is it any good?

2005 for me. The Richard Dunne performance make that other kit iconic but even though he was great all I remember from that game was how crap we were as a team and wanting to tear my hair out

2005 no question. The round neck on the 10/11 shirt is woeful and the green cuffs don't improve it any.
