I saw Brays away kit today. Same template has the home kit but navy and white instead of green and white. Looks very nice.

The jersey Scott Gaynor is wearing in that pic isnt the actual Athlone Town jersey.
The ones we're gonna be wearing are slightly different.
We also are sponsorless at the moment
We had a new horrible yellow Umbro identikit for our 3rd strip. yellow with blue trim, blue shorts, blue socks. we were told to wear it in galway as apparently the navy clashes with galways' maroon (!!). Then at half time we were told to change the blue shorts to navy ones...
Whats different about the yellow jersey Dodge? The blue trim?
Yeah, I think thats about it. Slightly different style of trim too I think. I've been told by the club that they won't be selling it to fans as its for emergencies only

Ireland's Number 1? :loser: :embarrassed:
Sure you're not bitter at all are you?
The Rovers away shirt has a distinct rubgy look, New Zealand perhaps?
I don't understand why some clubs choose a 2nd strip that has no relevence to their colours.
When I think Rovers, the colours that come into my mind are green and white, not black.
If their away kit was just white or green it'd still clash with most of the kits their normal strip would.
From the rovers website http://www.shamrockrovers.ie/members/club-aims
As Mr A said the away strip is supposed to be a change of colour.Quote:
In recognition of the loss of Glenmalure Park, our beloved former home at Milltown, black became the club's third official colour, along with our traditional green and white hoops.
We've had white, yellow, black, green and red as away colours in my time. I like the bit of change in the away kit tbh.
