Sure it's actually him? Wasn't mentioned in the match report anyway so I guess he didn't make much of an impression.
Heard shams are looking at signing david norris as the new hooperman should his presidential bid fall short
Very mature Bingoballs, very mature
Don't know if I'm posting this in the right section, but Liam Buckley has been in attendances in Oriel for the past few games according to posters on Orielweb.
Take your tongue from your cheek.
he was up for a haircut :(
The indo today saying Brighton want to buy lafferty from derry. I know he played under 21 for the north would he be able/interested in playing for the republic? Also says they want to take mcloughlin and McEleney on trial. I have been very impressed when seen McEleney looks like he technically has the ability to play top level. What do derry regulars think?
From what I'm hearing Limerick were hoping to buy the entire mervue team.;-)
Well if Roddy is tellin the truth then someone is looking to clean ye out :D
Seen on an Accrington Stanley forum that they're in for Eamon Zayed and Stewart Greacen from Derry when their contracts are up.
Paul Cook to St. Johnstone the day after cup final.
Rumours on twitter from St. Johnstone fans, bookies odds have been slashed to make him odds on favourite

Would hardly be a promotion for Cook ?
(unless he was hoping for a shop window effect ?)
It's probably not a step up in quality but it is definitely seen as a "bigger" job and a good performance there will be perceived as being better by clubs in England. It seems the SPL is the only way for a manager in Ireland to step up the managerial ladder. Plus he gets 8+ games a year against Celtic and Rangers, which for him would be a lot bigger than playing Bohs or Rovers. His budget will be bigger, games on Sky, just an all-round bigger challenge for him.
Hearing the deal may be off now.

Paul Cook will be staying in charge of Sligo Rovers, the club can confirm.
After giving permission to speak to Scottish Premier League side St Johnstone in recent days, Cook will stay in charge at The Showgrounds and we look forward to final matches of the season.
The club would like to thank supporters for their patience over the issue amid the speculation.
Ian Foster leaves Dundalk :)

Cousins seems to think he'll be in charge next year given that he's been chatting to players about next year. The club are happy enough with the job he's done as far as I know so I can't see there being much in that talk.
