Yeah I saw that alright. Still time as sbgawa says but I doubt Fenlon had this in mind when he came in. Are himself and Devine not on the same page?

No doubt it has been managed poorly in the off-season and they haven't given themselves the best opportunity to start the season as prepared as they should have, but Bohs still have the bones of a strong starting eleven outside of a couple of positions and a few good signings can change perspectives very quickly. The squad depth on the whole would definitely be the main worry.
Easier said than done but it's not unfeasible that once the UK window closes and certain players become available that they add a few known quantities. You'd imagine the budget is there.
Well Im pretty sure that Coote and Radkowski both lived in a house rented by Bohs with some others. I imagine their rooms are now available since neither have re-signed. I can't recall all of the leavings but I'd wager there's still a few spaces to spare. But you're right it might play a part and it just makes the decision to let a player like Dean Williams leave even more confusing as he likely was still living at home and covered an area we need cover in.
Darius Lipsiuc has joined Stoke City from Pats for an undisclosed fee. On the bench with the first team but only got a handful of first team appearances. He found it tough to break into the midfield with the senior talent there as well as the likes of Adam Murphy to compete with
Two more Estonians and a keeper who's playing in Cyprus joining Bohs apparently
Flora Tallinn seem a weird club, the best in the country but they seem all too happy to let lads move over here en masse. Risky one for Bohs, there's been mixed results to say the least when teams have recruited from Estonia.
Both Internationals. One of them has 31 caps and played in most if not all of Estonia’s qualifiers. Other guy played recently too for National side. We’ll take them.
How can Flora loan out all of these players and still be competitive in their league. A very odd club. Must be Russian money involved.
We’ve had a few internationals from there that didn’t work out
Dean Lyness joined Hamilton, there was interest from Bohs supposedly but he’s back in the UK…
Same for Kreida with us. Had around 20 caps, was encouraged by it but aside from being able to take a good corner he was largely awful and shipped back in the summer. The standard there in terms of both league and international team is pretty poor even relative to us. Poom for Rovers shows there's talent there though if you can identify it.
Giles Phillips who was at Waterford last year is on trial at Pats ….
Waterford have had 2 bids for Tommy Lonergan turned down by pats who want 60k for him. Meanwhile Fleetwood are willing to pay the 60k and will presumably loan him to Waterford. Greatest league in the world type transfer if it goes through

At least we've signed a few bodies. How good they are? We'll have to wait and see. As long as we don't become the flintstonians, go backwards and get relegated. I know they have international caps, it doesn't mean they are any good, it just means they are the best their country has. I do hope to be proved wrong.
Poom looks the pick of the Estonian international LOI cohort. Liivak and Vastuk were also bad for Sligo last season. Sander Puri is only other Estonian international I can recall who was with Sligo and Waterford who done ok but he was no worldbeater either
Even if some of these foreign players from abroad have ability I don't think it's mentioned enough that things like settling into a new country/language/culture are definitely a factor in the high percentage of these players not working out. I'm really stunned Bohs have got themselves tangled into knots on late sticking plaster risky recruitment for a 2nd season in a row
I'm not sure why you're stunned. The recruitment in the last few years under Long was pretty bad too and all of our players kept getting pinched by Rovers or the UK so we were never able to build anything stable. Then the likes of Derry started splashing the cash and Shels got their act together. The pool of players keeps getting smaller and smaller so you're resorted to taking punts on players. Even Daly was talking about how hard it was to sign a certain profile of players before Christmas.

Interesting one, cuold be a standout signing going by footage - a striker thats a finisher rather than a target man holding the ball up. Would fit with reports that the manger wants to deploy a new system from recent seasons. As long as it isnt a high back 3!!
His goals record appears far from outstanding, but maybe that's misleading.
