I heard off a askeaton club member that there was something going on in the club and that they asked a few B team players (that were not cup tied) to play against ncw in the Desmond cup quarter final and the B team players said no because of whatever is going on at the club

Because they think they are just making up the numbers and wont get a game and they are probably out on the beer the night before, Also the game was down for 11.30 and it didnt suit them also. We got promoted 2 Years ago, and we have probably lost 9 First Teamers since, I can name them for people if they want, it is just unfortunate but its the way things are now with work in the country
