Coonagh X Murroe ,
Boro X Fairview,
Park 1 Bruff,
Holycross X Shels,
Excellent stuff - Fairview usually win when you predict otherwise :).Fairview will win sunday in my opinion and i fancy em to pull away in this league - there not gonna drop many points with the back 4 they have. There central defensive pairing undoubtably the best in Limerick outside the premier in my opinion.
sounds a bit like man united....... the main fact is that they are winning and after a terrible start to the season they are coming good. i bet all the teams about them have noticed their climb up the table !!! and will keep watching them for the rest of the year...
will Fairview be looking for this game off as their A team are playing MJC,hopefully not but they usually get games off as a couple of B players are involved with the A squad
its up to the discretion of the FS and has happened in previous MJC rounds
lads shane madden hasnt played 1 game for fairview of the 5 games ive seen always been ken ring who is an excellant footballer and leaves the messy stuff to neary
new rule guys clubs not entiltled to games off for mjc the only way you can get a game off now is if your A team playing away in fai all clubs received letters on this:confused:
Relegation is looming large. But a good cup run can stir a team. And yes Coonagh are a very good side especially at home. I've a lot of respect for Larry and the boys, but I just have a sneaky feeling about us.
Lets just see how it pans out.
Optimism is our strength!! :D
Ya in fairness for such a small club and area they do well to hold their own in 1B. Long season to go yet anyway Pike B, 2 wins on the bounce would do ye the world of good. there's always a team that has a bad run at the end of the season, maybe Cals or Bruff. Holycross are gone now i'd say
Coonagh are cup holders and I can tell you they dont want to give it up !!! Quality party after winning the last one..!!
As for holding their own in 1B for a small club" i find a tad funny...they are a match for anyone is this division ...home or away...ask Boro..!
no one will want to play them in cup competition..

If we beat the huns, we'll beat Coonagh. I give you my word on that. Do you really think after beating that lot, we'd go and waste it out in Coonagh??
No chance. Watch us for the Cup!! :D
Or he'd be playing with their A team.
