I didnt, but im not surprised Kerr said that. He is mates with Noel King after all so is bound to support the lad. Either way, I dont think criticism of King does an awful lot. It just shows that these were two games that the new manager really couldve used to experiment, with nothing to lose.
Giles comments on the OTB the other night about O'Neill were insightful and concerning. He basically said that if O'Neill really wanted the job, he wouldve been in place for these games. It is Giles understanding that O'Neill was approached but is keeping his options open.
