not sure if its up to date but its whats on the junior site.
fair enough leather the table never lies etc etc but are you telling me that if regional or boro had anything to play for they would be giving up points like they have done over last few weeks - regional have lost to 4 teams in bottom half in last 5 games - my point is teams losing interest make the thing into a lottery splitting table in two would prevent this -
was tommy lynch on the line for boro on sunday leather?regarding o hanlon im sure there will be plenty of rumours of managers doing the rounds coming into the summer.is seamus o connell leaving regional does anybody know?thats about the 3rd post in recent times linking o hanlon to the job
why would these clubs want anything to do with these two mercenaries....are clubs and their committees not learning anything...the best place to recruit for the position of manager is from within your own ranks. Both of these clubs have people(finished playing or near the end of the road)who are capable of doing the job and are motivated by more than the financial benefits.People who are motivated by a genuine desire and passion to see their own club achieve their ambitions.
Your right there, managers to come up trough the ranks of their clubs. Tommy Lynch comes into clubs that don't win anything than leaves. It's true, Hill Celtic, Carew Park ????
the teams who seem more settled in the manager department seem to be doing ok and tend to have the same base of a team over at least a 3 to 4 year period.they may not always be the winning team at the top but they tend to avoid trouble at the bottom half of the table.examples of this are pike, fairview, regional, aisling, balla. all these clubs have the same manager or have recruited within the premier team set up if a manager has stepped aside i.e- an older player just after retiring .it tends to lead to a more settled squad and a stronger team in the longterm.
Anyone care to name players of the season from their respective clubs?
fairview v carew park tomorrow night OFF
view playing fai senior cup the weekend
best of luck view
Who are Fairview playing in the senior cup the weekend..??
fairveiw are away to tullamore
can anyone tell me is it true that the L.D.M.C are calling off matches till pike have all there games in hand played.
It would make sense
Since every single thread about the subject is closed i'll post here....anyone heard the arbitration decision on pike?
Can someone please post up, or PM me, a squad list for Fairview Rangers.
Mate of mine is doing up the programme for the FAI Cup game this weekend
against Tullamore and cant find a squad list online. Think their website is down.
Cheers.
i also heard that tommy lynch is taking over janesboro..what a waste of money for boro if they get him as a manager..nice guy en all but has no idea how to manage a team...managed newcastle west afc this year but got the chop cos he was useless..the players had to tell him some drills cos he didnt know wat to do....also heard shane o hanlon (abbeyfeale united manger this year) is taking over regional next year and one of their players told me himself
thanks a million for that. (inbox cleared now)
Lynch is def taking over the boro next year, after the match against Corbally he had them in the dressing room for a good while. From what i understand he didnt take them for the match though. Lot of work to be done to get them back up challenging. Lost some big players this season and thats what knocked em back!
Good club with top facilities though so best of luck to Tommy!!
Let's hope Tommy does well but he will find it hard considering the strength of Fairview and Pike.Still think Daithi was giving a bit of a raw deal.He did lose his 30 goal a season man and his best defender whilst top of the table so that should have stood to him.Only penalties deprived them out of town in FAI whilst they made it out of town in Munster.
Pike 2 0 up dunny,barry again
3 0 dunny again peno
Heard Daithi is back as number 2......Roy Evans/Gerard Houillier

Well done to robbie egan who made his full international u18 cap last night in masedonia last night and by all accounts had a good outing.ROBBIE IS AN OUTSTANDING GOALKEEPER AND I AM LED TO BELIEVE THERE IS A LOT OF INTEREST FROM ACROSS THE WATER.SO WE ALL AT KILMALLOCK WISH HIM EVERY SUCESS IF HIS CHANCE COMES WHICH HE DESERVES.
