Sorry, adam164, but I'm afraid its not a false one. Stuff goiung on in the background and wouldn't be surprised to see him back with Sligo early next week.

We're supposed to be in for Dean Kelly and Mark Griffin. Athlone faves to sign Griffin.
Cliff Byrne agreed a contract termination with Oldham today. Pats left the no 4 jersey unallocated when squad numbers were announced yesterday. Just saying.
For the same reason that he signed for Limerick last season and got the contract torn up. Do you mind if we stay on this for another few days?Quote:

Oh i didnt read that. Thanks
How would he know how he felt about all those things before signing. I don't care about the Elding rumour i was simply saying playing games is very little of the time players spend at clubs and probably the least likely part of being at a club that would make them unsettled or unhappy at the club. Not a big deal really.
In the Star that Roddy has offered a contract to Leon McSweeney, and they're looking at Tim Clancy and Mark Stewart as well. Iarlaith Davoren will play for them in a friendly midweek against Limavady, they'll be fielding a team of trialists in fact
Bray have signed jake Kelly
Bray have also signed Adam Hanlon from Shels and re-signed Shane O'Connor, Adam Mitchell. More to be announced slowly I would imagine.....
Derek Foran has signed for the Champions, he's not very good.
Foran was unpredictable last year, capable of moments of madness and a few red cards but he's decent cover
