My point is that junior leagues have been operating this way for a long time, this way of operating may have been fine in times gone by but judging on this season with the amount of admin errors by both clubs & leagues that resulted in all types of consequences, its time that Junior leagues seriously look at new ways of operating that will stop all this bulls**t ruining what is something we all do for fun & enjoyment.
There are amateur league operating templates that Irish Junior Leagues could adopt or at least test & i know that procedures would be found that would both suit the Junior Leagues, Clubs & Players & eradicate the errors that have occurred in a number of leagues & competitions this year. We've all seen what has been going on this season, if these types of things continue to happen it will have an adverse affect on football in our country, it'll cause lads to lose interest, possibly move to other sports or give up entirely & obviously the game will go into decline.
I know im being idealistic but I think we can all agree that something needs to be done, question is who is gonna do it
