Actually it's becoming very much a Hindu sport with many clubs, particularly the newer ones, having a majority of Indians playing. The club I helped form in 1984 is now 100% Indian even with 4 teams.

Similarly here, even though there's only a small Asian community, largely employed in local hospitals:
