Just think he like any sports team with Cork in the name, he spent several years at college there and I think Cork is where his ancestors were from.Quote:

Seen a guy called David O'Doherty before Christmas and thought he was brilliant, does a few songs in a Bill Bailey kind of way. :D
There's a pic of him at a Cork Vs. Bohs game that he was at in Turners Cross on his website. He has a bit wrote about Cork City on his website too.Quote:

A couple of guys I've noticed recently would be Rhys Darby and Marcus Brigstocke. Both of them are on Comedy Central on Paramount.
Tommy Tiernan
Billy Connolly
Jim Carrey
Robin Williams
Brian Kerr :D
Seriously though ( in a comic way ), there would be too many to mention, but someone mentioned Jasper Carrott earlier and I can remember some very funny showings from him, then there was also Kenny Everett who was also very funny.
There's an English guy called Lee Mack who I've seen a few times. Very funny man.
Has anyone been to the Cat Laughs festival in Kilkenny ??
I'll probably head up this year, try and take in a game aswell. Make a good wekend end out of it.
Anyone know of John Colleary? He's from Sligo and is regular MC at the comedy nights in the Sligo art gallery. I think he's fairly well known around the Dublin comedy club scene too. He did the Kilkenny festival thing last year and appeared on an episode of Naked Camera on RTE. If ye know him, what do ye think of him?
Dane Cook !!
You can hear his set here (second last one) :p
Yeah he's good,he presents They think its all over now,he used to be in a show with Tim Vine,he is also very good, you can see some of his best lines hereQuote:

I went to see Vine in Sligo a few months back. He is good but I find that cos all his jokes are basically one liners, it goes too quick. I like an aul long joke every now and again:o :D.Quote:
