And 2015, he was brilliant

True he was very good that year too. I never thought of him as an Alan Mathews type player especially at centre back but I thought Fenn might’ve liked him as he was good on the ball. He must’ve had his reasons for not playing him though.

Never looked fully fit when he came back from the injury and obviously struggled for game time. Rhys made it clear he wanted to play CM again so be interesting to see where bray use him

seen in paper today that ex town player Sean Russell has left Drogs to go back to America to play for Atlantic City!

He's taking a bit of a gamble there...

He’s found his level

see online that ex town player Dean Kelly scored for St Mochtas against his former club Shamrock Rovers in the Leinster Senior Cup the other night.

Bit of a random one, defender Sean Kelly has joined Wexford. He played once for us in 2007 according to Marty's stats on the Town website. He joined from Sligo. Played GAA then for a few years.

I make that the only player who played with us during the 2000's that's still playing in the LOI.

I’m trying to place him. Have a vague recollection of a short stocky guy.

thats a great find Hollocaine! remember him all right. he made his debut on the telly if I remember correctly that year! I think that stat does stand... but if you include all of Ireland Jason McCartney I think is still playing for Ballinamallard Utd in the Northern Irish league! Was wondering whatever happened to Sean Kelly?

local Dan Beya who played a few games for us last season is now playing with Sligo Rovers in their Under 19 setup.

Anyone know if Jamie Mulhall is playing any football these days? I was just thinking about him the other day, he was brilliant in the First Division in 2014.

Last thing I heard about him was that he was going back to play ball with his mates which would be Templeogue Utd in the LSL,that was a couple of years ago though.
