shannonman just looking at your impressive website .. www.shannontownunitedafc.com
have a small question on quote in find out about club section..
" Shannon Town United AFC is the only club that 'by name' can truly represent this town " how about shannon olympic ?? or new local rivals shannon hiberians or even wolfe tones na sionna ?? i make that 4 clubs by name now :D:D
Corbally won handy enough werent lucky saw the game!!Villa werent up to much..not the same performance from corbally as wednesday tho..:confused:were they missing anyone from the balla match?
st pauls 3-2 balla b  pauls came from 2 down to win it with two minutes to go

Aisling 5 Cappamore 1, Colin Scanlon (2), Ronan Smalle (1), Chimka Manjor (1) and Shane Murphy (1)
as far as i am aware all signposts & maps show name as shannon .. so in that case all other clubs with shannon in their names can claim to to truely represent shannon ... so one of the oldest clubs in shannon cannot claim full rights to represent the people / community of shannon :D we can all share in the greatness of shannon :D

Some pics from Rathkeale v Askeaton. Great game to watch. Askeaton 2-1 up at half time.
Askeaton won 3-2.
Good game of football ask me tom. ye have a good side and will take beating this season no doubt. just one thing on yer supporters they are going to get ye into a lot of trouble this season never saw anything like it as long as i am going to matches. A disgrace to say the least.
